Job summary

Extended Family Care Allentown is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct patient care at all company locations including Allentown, Lancaster and Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, administering medications, and coordinating with supervising RNs and physicians to ensure quality care. Valid LPN license in the state and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and one year experience as a licensed practical nurse.
• Must possess a current license to practice in the State as a licensed practical nurse.
• Must maintain a current CPR certification.
