The role requires strong SQL, Python/Scala, experience with Airflow, Talend or cloud ETL tools, and ability to present architectures to executives. You will collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to deliver scalable data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management, design, migration, storage, and modeling.
• Experience leading teams of 4–7 engineers is preferred.
• Hands-on with Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow or NiFi.
• Strong SQL, Python (PySpark, Pandas), Scala, SparkSQL, Bash coding.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with big data warehousing exposure.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PI and data security practices.
• Excellent English communication; capable of client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sprint planning, resources, and risk; conduct code reviews.
• Set up testing frameworks for compliant, secure, high-performing code.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Data Integration Engineer to join our growing data solutions team. In this pivotal technical leadership role, you will act as a Tech Lead / Team Lead responsible for architecting, designing, and maintaining complex, enterprise-grade data pipelines.You will lead a high-performing engineering team (5+ engineers), shaping cloud-native and hybrid data solution architectures while establishing best practices. Leveraging your extensive expertise in cloud infrastructure, database modeling, orchestration, and data security, you will transform raw data environments into robust, high-performance, and scalable analytical assets.ResponsibilitiesGuide a team of data integration and ETL engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.
