Rovio’s Ruby Game Studio in Izmir, Turkiye is seeking a Lead/Senior Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights shaping game performance, player experience, and strategic decisions. On-site with a possibility to work remotely once a week.

You will mentor the data team, collaborate with product managers and marketing, and design dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to turn complex player data into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading analysts on cross-functional projects.
Fluent Turkish and English communication skills.
Experience in live-ops, monetization analytics, or game economy analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Mentor data team and foster a culture of data-informed problem-solving across the studio.
Collaborate with product managers and marketing to uncover actionable insights from player behavior and monetization data.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations presenting KPIs for quick, data-driven decisions.
Apply advanced analytics to trends, segmentation, and A/B tests to influence game development and user acquisition strategies.
Serve as the analytical connector between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and alignment with goals.
Provide technical data support and resolve data issues that require specialized attention beyond Beacon.
Bring extensive data analytics experience, preferably in free-to-play mobile games or high-scale digital products.
