Job description

We are BoomBit, a leading Mobile Gaming company with a global audience of millions of players and over one billion downloads of our games since our inception in 2010. Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Darts Club and Ramp Car Jumping. We're a game developer and a publisher, with over 250 creative people working together. We cover games of nearly every genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.

We have experts spread across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetization, user acquisition (UA), creatives, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, programming, art and game development. We are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Junior Publishing Specialist (Remote)

Want to play an active role in bringing mobile games from development to launch?

We're looking for a Publishing Specialist to help coordinate our partner studios, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

You’ll turn meetings into clear actions, keep projects moving, and make sure updates and deliverables are followed through. You’ll also test games, research new ideas, and incorporate AI tools into your daily workflows.

This is a fully remote position. Native-level Turkish and highly advanced written and spoken English are required.

What You'll Do
Studio and Team Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding for partner studios, including documentation, access, required information, and initial action items.
  • Keep internal teams, external studios, and business partners aligned through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and notes, turning decisions into actionable tasks with clear owners and target dates.
  • Track open items, follow up on missing information, and flag potential delays early.
  • Monitor dependencies between teams throughout game development and update cycles.
Publishing and Operations
  • Support the preparation and tracking of game launch and update plans.
  • Coordinate the assets, information, approvals, and deliverables needed for release.
  • Monitor changes to App Store and Google Play policies and requirements, and work with relevant teams to track necessary actions and updates.
  • Keep project tracking tools, operational records, and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and suggest practical improvements.
Creative Pipeline and Research
  • Track advertising creatives from initial ideas and briefs through production, revisions, and delivery.
  • Coordinate feedback and approval cycles between creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Research competitor games, advertising creatives, emerging formats, and industry developments.
  • Investigate new ideas using relevant examples and sources, and present findings as clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Explore tools, AI solutions, and agent workflows that could improve creative production and publishing operations.
Game Testing and Improvement
  • Test games and new builds from a player-experience perspective.
  • Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, device and version details, and supporting screenshots or recordings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the player experience and communicate them to relevant teams.
  • Follow up on reported bugs and agreed improvements through resolution and verification.
What We're Looking For
  • Native-level Turkish.
  • Highly advanced written and spoken English: You can confidently lead discussions with international teams, write precise professional communications, and accurately communicate decisions and next steps.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
  • A habit of following tasks through to completion.
  • The ability to track multiple workstreams while keeping ownership, next steps, and target dates clear.
  • Confidence in asking questions, resolving ambiguity, and raising risks early.
  • Clear, professional, and constructive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An interest in mobile games, game development, and advertising creatives.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, research, and experiment with new tools.
  • The ability to use AI tools for research, documentation, and task management while checking the accuracy of their outputs.
  • The self-management and proactive communication skills needed to work effectively in a remote team.
What Will Help You Stand Out
  • Internship, project, or professional experience in gaming, publishing, project coordination, or operations.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar work management tools.
  • Experience with game testing, bug reporting, or creative production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building a workflow with AI agents, MCP connections, or automation tools.
  • Active participation in projects or teams working in English.

We don't expect you to be an expert in every tool. We value your ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and deliver work with care.

How We Work

Good follow-through means every task has a clear status, owner, and next step. We expect you to flag delays before they become blockers, clarify uncertain decisions, and verify that completed work meets the original need.

Why should you apply?
