Job summary

Sanovel İlaç in Turkey is seeking a proactive Junior / Key Account Executive to manage international customer and distributor relationships, develop opportunities, and support portfolio growth.

You will coordinate requests with teams, support market entry and launches, and monitor orders, forecasts, and financial metrics across assigned regions. A bachelor’s degree and pharma export experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in pharma export or international sales preferred.
• Experience with distributor management and international partners.
• Good command of English and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and distributor relationships in assigned countries.
• Identify and present new product and business opportunities to partners.
• Coordinate partner requests with relevant departments and follow up on commercial processes.
• Coordinate with partners during new product market entry and launch processes.
• Follow up on order, shipment, invoicing, and collection processes with relevant departments.
• Monitor forecasts and sales actuals and support necessary actions.
• Follow up on license renewal, variation, and product transfer processes with departments.
• Monitor partner-based sales, profitability, budget, and forecast data and report findings.
