Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and configure network equipment.
• Lead, manage, and execute network projects and initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery and continuous system improvement.
• Analyze failures, perform tests, and apply critical thinking to identify causes and implement solutions.
• Critically evaluate existing systems and propose technical and operational improvements.
• Take the lead in solving problems and maintain a high level of trust with leadership through consistent delivery and team support in complex challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience installing telecommunications equipment and photovoltaic systems with batteries.
• Experience maintaining equipment installed on towers and poles.
• Ability to configure equipment, analyze failures and perform checklists of installed systems.
• Availability to work at height (NR-35).
• Availability to travel.
• CNH category B.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Basic skills in Office package.
• Courses: NR-10 and NR-35.
