Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an SAP Joule & Multi-Agent Integration Engineer to drive architecture and implementation of the agentic AI roadmap across SAP Joule, ServiceNow, and enterprise platforms. You will design, build, and secure cross‑platform agent networks, manage A2A orchestration, and govern agent pipelines from development to production.

You will oversee provisioning on SAP BTP, entitlements, and integration with S/4HANA APIs, while ensuring secure communications and scalable multi‑agent

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on SAP BTP engineering experience including Cloud Foundry, Passport Identity Services and Destination Service configuration.
Proven experience building and deploying Joule agents and enabling A2A integration with SAP Joule and ServiceNow AI Agent Studio.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy pro-code AI agents on SAP BTP using Joule Studio and related tools, defining agent tools and orchestration.
Implement end-to-end A2A communication between SAP Joule and ServiceNow, including Agent Card authoring and External Agent Provider setup.
Configure authentication and security across agent boundaries (OAuth2, SAP IAS, BTP bindings) and ensure audit-ready call chains.
Oversee the SAP BTP stack for agent workloads and instrument pipelines with logging and tracing.
