Responsibilities

• Reviewing individual and corporate merchant applications and related documents
• Checking whether customers comply with the Central Bank, MASAK and iyzico criteria
• Following new merchant procedures from the application phase
• Ensuring the completion of the process of new merchants in accordance with iyzico standards
• Sending business contracts to new merchants
• Finding solutions to new merchants’ questions and problems via phone and e‑mail

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree in the related discipline of the economic and administrative sciences or equivalent experience
• Self‑motivation and self‑responsibility the ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team, with minimum direction
• Have experience in Onboarding or Customer Relations teams
• Customer‑oriented thinking and giving importance to customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail, responsible and able to take initiative
• Can be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
• Experience in e-commerce or the payment industry is a plus
