About The Job

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and continuously improve PaneraTech’s IT infrastructure and end-user environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of end-point devices, networks, and peripheral systems while providing effective and timely support to employees.

You will take an active role in the full lifecycle of IT services, including planning, procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. IT Specialist also contributes to standardization efforts, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support secure and efficient IT operations across the company.

This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week at our office in Hacettepe Teknokent and Ostim OSB.

Employment type: Fixed-term contract (1 year).

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or IT specialist role
  • Experience with end-user systems, hardware, and software environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
  • Familiarity with information security standards and data protection regulations (ISO 27001, KVKK, 5651)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to documentation, reporting, and process consistency
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical users
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining end-user devices, networks, and peripheral systems
  • Providing daily IT support and troubleshooting for technical and operational issues
  • Installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining personal computers and related systems
  • Monitoring LAN/WAN network performance and supporting high network uptime
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Supporting information security, data protection, and compliance requirements
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Supporting IT planning activities, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives
