Dream Games is seeking an IT Specialist to serve as the primary contact for IT operations, providing hands-on end-user support and ensuring smooth hardware and software functioning across the company.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain devices; manage IT assets through their lifecycle; support the purchasing team; and help integrate new technologies to boost daily productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in related fields.
• Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Passion and interest in games.
