Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support IT configuration, change, asset, and risk management at LANDCOM Headquarters in Izmir, Türkiye. You will maintain configuration items, manage changes, and ensure compliance with ITIL practices while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires NATO Secret security clearance and on-site work in Izmir, Türkiye, with attention to data modelling and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in configuration management.

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO’s principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.

To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. Role Background

The Configuration Management Specialist will support IT configuration, change, service level, asset, and risk management activities at LANDCOM Headquarters in Izmir, Türkiye.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate configuration and asset information, controlling changes to IT environments, supporting IT Service Management processes, and ensuring configuration items are properly identified, documented, protected, and audited. The position also includes data modelling, service-level monitoring, risk documentation, and reporting activities.
