Responsibilities

• Clarify business problems and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Be the local point of contact for SAP and MES applications.
• Coordinate external consultants and follow projects through to tested solutions.
• Organize testing and validation of changes before go-live.
• Document processes and issues to improve knowledge sharing.
• Work with IT leadership to align priorities and local needs.
