Job summary

LANDCOM invites motivated students and recent graduates to join the Internship Programme 2027 at its Directorate of Management (Protocol and Conference Services). The program offers exposure to international operations, with duties spanning protocol planning, VIP visits, and conference support at LANDCOM HQ in Türkiye and affiliated elements.

Interns will receive a 52,026.50 TRY net monthly lump sum to cover stay, travel, and subsistence, plus travel reimbursement up to 1,200 EUR.

Qualifications

  • Citizen of a NATO member nation.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Current students or recent graduates (degree obtained within the last 18 months).
  • At least two years of successful university study or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in all protocol tasks during planning, preparation and execution.
  • Develops and maintains a Command Group Database with key contacts and visitor lists.
  • Coordinates all incoming visits including branch level and national visits.
  • Manages security-related issues in visitor lists and VIP badges.
  • Escorts visitors on request and coordinates conference room support services.
  • Drafts military and non-military correspondence and reports as required.
  • Works as part of a project team or in a working group as directed.
  • Submits maintenance work orders for office and communications equipment.
