Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI monitoring frameworks, and reporting tools.
• Support design, implementation, and measurement of regional marketing initiatives via data-driven tracking.

A Day in the Life

Join the TURMECA Indirect Marketing team and gain hands‑on experience supporting marketing initiatives across the Middle East and ICA regions. As an Indirect Markets Marketing Intern, you will work with marketing managers, sales teams, and distributors to help drive business growth and marketing effectiveness in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will build your analytical, project management, and communication skills while learning about commercial strategy, business analytics, and regional market operations.

Internship Details

• Start date: October 2026
• Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40hours/week
• Work model: Hybrid, 2 days in the office

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and assist strategic business decision‑making
• Help collect, consolidate, and analyze commercial and operational data to generate actionable insights for regional leadership
• Assist in developing and maintaining business performance dashboards, KPI monitoring frameworks, and management reporting tools
• Support the design, implementation, and measurement of regional marketing initiatives through data‑driven performance tracking
• Help coordinate regional projects, stakeholder communications, workshops, and business review activities
• Apply analytical thinking and project management principles within a dynamic, multicultural environment

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Currently studying or recently graduated, with graduation in 2026 or 2027
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Physics Engineering
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Based in Istanbul area

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with data analysis, marketing, business intelligence, or reporting projects through coursework, internships, or student organizations
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or VBA
• Experience in university projects, case competitions, or consulting clubs
