Job summary

AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik is seeking an Internal Auditor to perform audits across three companies—AgeSA, Aksigorta, and MediSA—driven by the Audit Managers and aligned with internal standards.

You will evaluate control environments, support planning and fieldwork, and deliver clear findings with practical recommendations while communicating with senior management. Proficiency in English and data-analysis awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in internal audit, bank audit or consultancy/audit in Big4 audit companies.
• Strong self-discipline with ability to programme herself/himself and meet strict deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international internal audit standards and applications.
• Understanding of business processes and key risk controls; identify control issues timely.
• Interest in data analysis techniques; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with analytical mindset and proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and MS Office.'
• Internal audit certifications ( CIA, CISA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform process audits and consultancy activities and investigations as required, evaluating risk management, controls and governance.
• Support audits across multiple locations from planning to closure.
• Execute fieldwork including planning, process review, data analysis, testing and reporting.
• Review financial reports and legal compliance for audit tasks.
• Provide value-added recommendations and control practices for findings.
• Present audit findings clearly and timely; follow up on action plans with owners.
• Carry out special audits and ad-hoc investigations as requested.
