Requirements (English)

• With at least 10 years of experience in design and detailing,
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management and coordination,
• Disciplined, high-energy, effective in communication, and solution-oriented,
• Proficient in advanced spoken and written English,
• Highly skilled in work planning and tracking,
• Developed skills in visual and verbal presentation,
• Preferably a master’s degree graduate,
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Photoshop,
• Advanced expertise in Corona render and experienced in visualization,
• Strong design sense and ability,
• Experienced in color, texture, and material knowledge,
• For male candidates, no military obligations,
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements (Turkish)

• Tasarım ve detay konularında en az 10 yıl tecrübeli,
• En az 3 yıl yönetim ve koordinasyon tecrübesi olan,
• Disiplinli, enerjisi yüksek, iletişimde etkin ve çözüm odaklı,
• İleri derece İngilizce konuşma ve yazışma yetisine sahip,
• İş planlama ve takip yeteneği yüksek,
• Görsel ve sözlü sunum becerileri gelişmiş ,
• Tercihen yüksek lisans mezunu,
• Autocad, 3DS Max, Photoshop programlarına hakim,
• Corona render programını ileri düzeyde kullanabilen ve görselleştirme işlemlerinde tecrübeli,
• Tasarım gözü ve kabiliyeti gelişmiş,
• Renk, doku ve malzeme bilgisi konusunda tecrübeli,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişkisi olmayan,
• Yurtiçi / Yurtdışı seyahat engeli olmayan,
