Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to lead design and construction of critical infrastructure projects in collaboration with U.S. military and Turkish partners. You will manage scopes, schedules, and interfaces with clients and contractors to ensure delivery.

The role requires civil engineering expertise, PM experience on complex projects, and proficiency in English. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are necessary. Local CLA benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements.
• US Government and Turkish construction practices and standards familiarity.
• Turkish citizenship with English proficiency (minimum Level II).

Responsibilities

• Develop facilities and infrastructure project packages: scopes of work, specs, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Perform technical evaluation of contractor proposals.
• Oversee design and construction documents development.
• Manage and inspect construction projects per contract specs and guidelines.
• Coordinate with users and involved agencies.
• Document contractor progress, deficiencies, and performance; conduct inspections.
