Job description

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to become an integral part of our Istanbul team, reporting to the People Business Partner.

This role will support recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations, contribute to HR projects, and assist with onboarding and People & Organization processes, working closely with the People Business Partner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive full‑cycle recruitment by supporting end‑to‑end hiring processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Leverage recruitment systems (ATS) to maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing workflows seamlessly
  • Play a key role in onboarding by helping design and deliver impactful induction programs for new hires
  • Actively contribute to digital HR processes and provide operational support
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy by maintaining personnel files in line with legal requirements and company standards
  • Empower employee growth through support in performance management and development initiatives
  • Keep HR operations running smoothly by assisting with daily tasks and administrative responsibilities
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines)
  • Preferably 2+ years of hands‑on experience in HR processes to make an immediate impact
  • Ability and willingness to effectively use HR systems and digital tools
  • Detail‑oriented with strong reporting and data tracking skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset, combined with strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Highly motivated to learn and committed to continuous professional growth
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish
