Our Client is a leading global organization operating worldwide in food & beverage business.
As their Executive Search Consultants, we are searching for an HR Director to lead the critical Center of Excellence (CoE) functions in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Branding, and TA Design.
This role plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s future workforce by building strong leadership pipelines, developing and strengthening employer brand, and ensuring consistently attract and retain high-quality talent across manufacturing plants and corporate functions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic authority and subject-matter expert across assigned HR domains (e.g., Talent Management, L&D, Employer Branding, TA Design) and deliver integrated strategies that enable operational excellence, workforce sustainability, and long-term growth in the organization.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective adoption and localization of CoE solutions.
- Design and lead integrated talent management processes and ensure robust succession pipelines are in place.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines through partnerships with vocational institutes, technical colleges, universities, and local communities near manufacturing sites.
- Leverage recruitment technologies, employer branding, and analytics to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention, and hiring cost efficiency.
- Develop and own a comprehensive learning and capability strategy and drive a strong learning culture through modern learning approaches (digital, blended, experiential).
- Oversee enterprise learning programs including onboarding, skills certification, leadership development, supervisory effectiveness, and functional academies.
- Embed learning into daily operations through on-the-job training, coaching, digital platforms, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Track learning effectiveness using clear metrics such as time-to-productivity, skill proficiency, leadership readiness, and performance improvement and measure learning effectiveness and impact on performance and succession readiness.
- Shape learning and development strategies that build critical skills and future capabilities.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, advocacy, and retention.
- Define and continuously evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to reflect the organization’s culture, stability, and growth opportunities.
- Strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice for frontline, technical, and leadership talent in competitive markets.
- Monitor employer brand effectiveness using engagement surveys, attrition data, candidate feedback, and external market insights.
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR CoE priorities with business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people, organization, and change topics.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 15 years progressive HR experience, with significant time in senior HR leadership roles; last 4-5 years as a Director / Head.
- Proven experience leading an HR Center of Excellence or equivalent specialist HR function within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated success designing and deploying enterprise-wide HR strategies, frameworks, and programs.
- Strong experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders at enterprise or regional level.
- Hands-on experience with HR operating models, including CoEs, HR Business Partners, and Shared Services.
- Deep expertise in one or more HR CoE disciplines (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience).
- Experience leading global or regional HR initiatives across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Track record of leading complex change, transformation, or culture initiatives.
