Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety systems, is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Senior Specialist to join our team at our Gebze plant. We specialise in manufacturing and marketing airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels. Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the regional HR Development team to seamlessly integrate global best practices into the local setting
  • Manage performance management, career planning processes
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions as a HR BP
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify organisational learning priorities and design specialised training programs accordingly
  • Understand the organizational development principles and practices
  • Coordinate and execute the regional and global HR reporting initiatives as required, ensuring timely and effective execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, with demonstrated success in similar positions preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to inspire and effect positive change.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
  • English fluency is essential for report writing and meetings.
