Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Housing Inspector/Admin to support the Housing Office at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

The role manages housing data, coordinates inspections, and maintains official records in line with applicable housing standards and regulations. The incumbent oversees check-ins, move-outs, vacancy tracking, and inspection scheduling while coordinating with tenant commands and government agencies to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained housing facilities.

Qualifications

• Turkish citizen with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Minimum B class driver’s license.
• Experience in data entry, bookkeeping, scheduling or coordinating meetings/site visits.
• Experience in property management or administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and leadership support to housing and installation management leadership.
• Coordinate with tenant commands to update eMH data and identify housing needs.
• Conduct inspections (Check-In, Pre-Final, Final, Change of Occupancy, Vacant, Safety, Grounds, Drive-Throughs) and document findings.
• Manage COM list, Key Log, and No-Show Inspections Log; oversee government vehicles records.
• Design and maintain databases for occupancy, maintenance, and historical data.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and meeting documentation using MS Office.
• Organize meetings, relay communications, record minutes and manage logistics.
• Oversee supplies, equipment repairs, and coordination with internal/external teams.
• Conduct independent research and support initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person; maintain resident relations.
