Responsibilities

• Place washed items on shelves and in designated areas.
• Ensure the daily cleaning needs of departments and service equipment are met.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of dishwashing machines.
• Regularly dispose of waste, including trash, crates, and cardboard, from designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of areas assigned by the stewarding supervisor.
• Clean and polish silver, copper, and stainless steel equipment.
• Adhere to all hygiene standards and occupational safety regulations during cleaning procedures.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of storage areas and cabinets.
• Work in compliance with hotel rules and department procedures.
• Report and document any broken or damaged items to the stewarding supervisor.
