As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist with below requirements for our multinational client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety assessments, investigations, and cross-audits
• Monitor corrective actions and safety trends
• Coordinate safety-related issues with Safety Action Group Members
• Perform and review operational risk assessments
• Support the revision of manuals, procedures, and documents
• Organize and coordinate safety-related meetings
• Maintain and follow up on safety reports
• Develop, implement, and enforce management systems within the local organization
• Ensure compliance with HS regulations and company policies for employees and contractors
• Conduct site inspections, assessments, and audits, recommending corrective/preventive actions
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks, while providing coaching and resources for successful HS operations
• Ensure compliance with HS recordkeeping requirements

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety
• Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (C Level)
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
• High learning capability and target-oriented approach
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships
• No travel restrictions
