About the Role:

Join us as our Health, Safety, Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Manager (H&S, ISEE Manager)!

As our H&S, ISEE Manager, you’ll have a dual mission:

Champion Safety: Lead the implementation of our Health & Safety strategy, inspire a culture where everyone takes ownership for safety, and drive initiatives that prevent accidents and incidents before they happen.

Lead Sustainability: Build and grow our environmental and energy management systems, ensuring we meet manufacturing needs while hitting our ambitious sustainability and decarbonization targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and nurture a strong safety culture on the shop floor — ensuring employees, contractors, and visitors work in line with H&S policies and procedures.
• Develop, update, and implement H&S policies in compliance with local laws and group standards.
• Provide expert advice to all departments on compliance, regulatory changes, and proactive risk management.
• Lead by influence — inspiring colleagues at all levels to embrace safer, smarter ways of working.
• Maintain or achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications for the site.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes, build relationships with local institutions, and protect the company’s reputation.
• Support plant leadership on sustainability, environmental, and energy compliance.
• Drive major sustainability initiatives like decarbonization, water stewardship, and zero waste to landfill.
• Oversee budgets for H&S and ISEE, and help model energy and water consumption with cross-functional teams.

Who we are looking for:

• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• At least a B Class Safety Specialist Certificate (A Class preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven leadership skills — you know how to turn individuals into a high-performing team.
• Curiosity, openness, and cultural awareness.
• A problem-solver’s mindset and creativity to overcome challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish.
