Job description

Attimo is Italian for “moment” – a single, irreducible instant.

It comes from the Latin atomus, the indivisible unit from which everything is built – and, by extension, the smallest unit of time.

We chose this name because modern life is made of moments that are constantly interrupted. Time and attention have become the scarcest resources people have. Attimo exists to give them back.

We build cognitively ergonomic products – AI systems shaped around human capabilities and limitations, instead of forcing people to adapt to machines. Our work starts from one belief: if information were organised in a way that fits how our minds work, people could think more clearly, decide more confidently, and create more boldly.

Attimo’s mission is to architect products that respect the mind: tools that reduce cognitive noise, surface what truly matters, and create more meaningful, focused time in people’s lives. Over time, we envision a trusted digital ally for every person – an invisible layer that handles the information flood in the background so humans can focus on what only humans can do.

We are building this with a clear set of principles: radical honesty and transparency, idea meritocracy where the best ideas win, extreme ownership of outcomes, and a bias for thoughtful experimentation. We work as small, autonomous teams with high standards, long‑term thinking, and deep respect for both emerging technology and human limits.

The role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead marketing and growth at Attimo.

It’s a founder‑adjacent role: you will build a growth system from first principles.

You will own:

  • Positioning and messaging that feels calm, precise, and human.
  • A measurable acquisition + activation engine.
  • Campaigns and communications that earn trust (not attention through noise).
  • A simple, premium visual standard across social, email, and landing pages.
  • The early go‑to‑market learning loop that shapes what we do next.

We already have a strong UX researcher/designer. You will work closely with them and the founder — but you should be able to ship high‑quality campaign and social design assets yourself when speed and clarity matter.

What you’ll do
1) Build the story that earns attention
  • Turn Attimo’s mission into language that is simple, concrete, and true.
  • Write and refine messaging across landing pages, email, social, and product surfaces.
  • Build a messaging system that scales: value props, use cases, objections, proof.
2) Create a growth engine that learns
  • Define ICPs and narrow target segments early. Then test fast.
  • Run weekly growth experiments across channels (content, partnerships, outbound, lifecycle).
  • Build a pipeline that connects activity → product usage → retention → revenue.
3) Design and ship campaign assets (social, comms, and conversion)
  • Create high‑quality visual assets for:
  • social posts, carousels, and short announcements
  • campaign landing pages (structure, layout, basic design polish)
  • email templates and product updates
  • lightweight pitch materials (one‑pagers, visuals, simple decks)
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Move fast without lowering taste. When you need support, you can brief external designers — but you can also execute yourself.
4) Own communications and campaigns end‑to‑end
  • Plan and run campaigns that are measured and repeatable (not “one‑off launches”).
  • Own the rhythm of external communication: product updates, newsletters, announcements, community touchpoints.
  • Build trust through clarity: what we know, what we don’t, what we’re testing next.
  • Coordinate messaging across channels so the story remains coherent.
5) Measure reality and make it visible
  • Set up a clean analytics foundation: events, funnels, cohorts (simple first, then better).
  • Own core growth metrics: activation, retention, CAC, payback, LTV signals, referrals.
  • Build dashboards and a weekly review cadence that tells the truth.
6) Work tightly with product, design, and engineering
  • Bring customer insight into product decisions.
  • Partner with design on onboarding, education, and trust signals.
  • Help shape priorities by making user feedback and growth constraints explicit.
7) Over time, build the team
  • As we grow, you will hire and manage specialists (content, lifecycle, partnerships, paid).
  • You will set the bar for taste, evidence‑based marketing, and clear communication at Attimo.
What we’re looking for

We want a growth leader with broad competence across marketing and growth, plus two true depths. Examples:

  • Depth 1: Product‑led growth + lifecycle/retention
  • Depth 2: Positioning & narrative + content distribution
  • Depth 1: Performance growth + funnel optimisation
  • Depth 2: Partnerships/community + technical/complex product GTM
  • Depth 1: Growth strategy + analytics
  • Depth 2: Campaign execution + communication design
Experience
  • Typically 6+ years in growth/marketing roles, with real ownership of outcomes.
  • Evidence of building growth systems early: 0→1 or 1→N, not only “running what existed.”
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and technical products (you don’t need to code, but you do need to understand systems).
  • Strong writing and editing skill. You can make complex things feel simple.
Design ability (important)

You don’t need to be a full‑time designer, but you must be able to ship high‑quality growth assets without waiting on others.

  • Comfortable producing clean, premium marketing visuals for social and campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe (or equivalents).
  • Strong taste: typography, spacing, hierarchy, simplicity.
  • Able to create assets that match a brand voice: calm, precise, human.
Mindset and character
  • Calmly radical: you question defaults without theatrics.
  • Honest with data and honest with people: no vanity metrics, no fake certainty.
  • You treat growth as a system: hypotheses → experiments → measurement → iteration.
  • You respect trust. You market AI responsibly — clear limits, clear value, no exaggeration.
  • You take ownership. If something isn’t working, you fix the system, not just the story.
What we offer
  • A founding‑team role with meaningful stock options, a competitive salary and real influence.
  • Direct partnership with the founder and early team.
  • A chance to build growth in an ambitious startup.
  • On‑site work experience.
How to apply

Please send:

  1. Your CV / LinkedIn.
  2. A short note (a few paragraphs is enough) answering:
  • A growth system you built from scratch (channels, metrics, what worked, what didn’t).
  • One experiment you ran that changed your mind.
  • How you think about earning attention without sacrificing trust.
  1. Evidence of your work (links or PDFs), ideally including:
  • 2–3 campaign examples (goal → assets → results)
  • social posts/carousels you designed or directed
  • landing pages or email sequences you wrote/designed
  • dashboards or reporting that shows how you measure reality
