👩 👨Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
• Very good analytical skills, experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses,
• Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn,
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills who can cooperate with different teams,
• Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver
• Ability to "think out of the box" while still paying attention to details,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,

📱What You’ll Do

• Be in different teams to help them reach their strategic goals and OKRs, starting from definition of priorities and projects.
• Follow up prioritized projects and support in every mile stone to improve business processes and functions,
• Be a strong supporter of unique culture and way of doing of Turknet in different teams and guide every team in relevant step,
• Designing analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company,
• Carry out research and relevant studies on topics related to business, product expansion, company expansion, competitive analysis, policy and others as required and prepare reports on findings
• Assist the CEO in written communication as well as in-person from the CEO’s office to both internal staff and external high-level officials and business executives
• To ensure that the units and targets are reviewed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and make evaluations.
