A leading consumer goods company in Turkey is seeking a H&B Channel eCom Account Executive for their Marmara Bölgesi location. This role includes creating growth strategies for key customers in eCommerce, analyzing digital sales data, and delivering market share goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of account management experience and strong communication skills in both Turkish and English. Own customer relationships with all key digital/eCommerce contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans for digitally originated sales
Key Requirements
2+ years of account management experience
Being eager to work closely with multinational teams and also with top management
Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking & complex problem solving
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Multi‑stakeholder management capability
Enthusiasm for making Unilever pioneer supplier in digital, knowledge‑based world
Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
