Jymoon Games is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, quality, and success of our hybrid-casual games. You will bridge art, development, and other teams, guiding game design and live operations from concept through launch and beyond.

You will translate player feedback, market trends, and data into a clear roadmap, write detailed design docs, balance progression curves, run A/B tests, and plan events to grow engagement and monetization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile puzzle games.
• Experience managing a mobile game's full lifecycle from development to live ops.
• Strong ability to analyze core mobile game KPIs and draw actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communicator who collaborates across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed game design docs guiding the team on mechanics and features.
• Design level progression curves and fine-tune balance.
• Collaborate with art and development to ship high-quality products on time.
• Run A/B tests to improve features, mechanics, and monetization.
• Use market trends, competitor research, and player feedback to inform the roadmap.
• Plan and improve in-game events, promotions, and onboarding flows.
• Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize features based on impact and resources.
