Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final year students.
• Knowledge of modeling techniques (logit, GLM, time series, decision trees, random forests, clustering) and statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python, Matlab).
• Experience with big data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Hive).
• Postgraduate studies and/or specialised courses are assets, especially in Data Science or Quantitative Finance.
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable.
• Get up and go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
• Strong ability to learn quickly.
• Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on data mining and knowledge discovery projects.
• Develop predictive and trend models, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Review credit rating and scoring models and provide quantitative support to business and R&D.
