Job summary

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Bursa on-site offers a Discover Together Project Assistant program for undergraduates. You will work on real automotive projects, gaining hands-on experience in a global, dynamic environment while developing technical and professional competencies.

Discover Together Program is a 10-month development journey, running from September to the end of June, where undergraduate students join our teams as Project Assistants. Throughout the program, participants contribute to real business projects while gaining practical experience in a global and dynamic automotive environment.

Working alongside experienced professionals, Project Assistants have the opportunity to strengthen both their technical and professional competencies through structured learning and development activities. The program also provides access to the FST Learning Management System, workshops, and career talks designed to support career development.

• Project Support: Support day-to-day project activities, taking ownership of defined tasks and contributing to successful project execution.
