Role Overview

Global Operations Director will be responsible for leading and aligning FORECR’s global operational functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions. Based full‑time on‑site in our Ankara office, this role acts as a central operational leader working closely with regional teams, executive leadership, and global partners across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Global Operations Leadership

• Define and execute FORECR’s global operations strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee and coordinate operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and regional execution teams
• Ensure operational alignment, standardization, and best‑practice sharing across all regions

Process Excellence & Performance

• Establish global operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance models
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Cross‑Regional & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary coordination point between regional operations teams and executive leadership
• Manage communication and execution across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility in working hours
• Build strong relationships with global suppliers, partners, and service providers

Cost, Planning & Execution

• Own global operational planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Support BOM optimization and cost‑efficiency programs in collaboration with Engineering and regional operations
• Ensure timely delivery, inventory optimization, and operational resilience

Compliance, Quality & Audits

• Ensure global operations comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and internal standards
• Lead and oversee internal and external audits across regions, including ISO 9001‑related operational processes
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational excellence

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and develop global and regional operations leaders
• Foster a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
• Provide clear operational reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

• 10+ years of experience in global operations, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership roles
• Proven experience managing multi‑region or international operations
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) required for daily communication with global teams, partners, and executive stakeholders
• Strong, hands‑on experience with ERP systems (ERP usage and operational ownership required)
• Demonstrated operational problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in complex, fast‑moving environments
• Experience working across different cultures, time zones, and organizational structures
• Flexibility in working hours to support global teams and partners
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Ankara, Turkey

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware, electronics, or technology‑driven industries
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Experience with global operational reporting and data‑driven decision‑making
• Background working with EMS, ODMs, or contract manufacturers
