Job summary

Mastercard is offering an 18-month Global Markets Launch Program in Istanbul with two tracks: Account Management and Product Management. You will rotate across tracks to gain broad commercial exposure and build a global perspective.

You will work on strategic sales, product performance, and customer insights while developing cross-functional skills and an international network. Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation planned for 2026–2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 9-month rotations across Account Management and Product Management tracks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and commercial impact.
