Job summary

Nove Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing & Operations Specialist to manage international influencer collaborations from planning to on-site execution and content delivery in Istanbul. You will work closely with creators, coordinate production schedules, and ensure campaigns meet brand objectives with professional on-site support.

The role requires strong English, excellent communication, and hands-on operational experience in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or related field.
• Healthcare/medical tourism experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with professional communication skills for international creators.
• Strong communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience coordinating influencer, creator, or client operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage on-site visits, shoots, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer collaborations from planning through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
• Coordinate end-to-end operational process for influencers visiting Istanbul, including schedules and transportation.
• Welcome influencers on-site and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Serve as main contact between influencers, internal teams, agencies, and production staff.
• Create clear, engaging content briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Guide influencers during content creation to stay authentic to their style and audience.
• Oversee international content productions, planning, shoot-day management, and delivery of content.
• Manage content timelines, approvals, revisions, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor influencer content for brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Support influencer research, outreach, evaluation, and selection when needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent management teams.
• Identify potential operational challenges and provide fast, solution-oriented support.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, PR, creative, and production teams to ensure campaign success.
• Keep up-to-date with global influencer marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist campaign reporting and KPI-based evaluation of results.
