Job summary

A dynamic fintech player is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations including treasury, risk management, and compliance with IFRS. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in finance, preferably in fintech or banking sectors, with a strong ethical standard and proven leadership skills. Fluent English and knowledge of SAP are advantageous. This role is based in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Fintech, payment systems, banking, or investment banking experience is a major plus.
• Strong expertise in treasury, cash flow management, and hedging strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of financial operations.
