Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to join our Istanbul Headquarters HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, proactively map the talent market, and partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor.

You will build and maintain talent pipelines for a global fashion retailer, engaging in overseas recruitment projects and ensuring a seamless candidate journey. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house); headhunting background is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail sector trends and the talent market.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews; experience with assessment centers is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on attracting top-tier talent in fashion retail.
• Proactive headhunting and market mapping to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders as a trusted talent advisor and brand ambassador.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate assessment centers when needed.
• Lead overseas talent acquisition projects supporting LC Waikiki’s global expansion.
