Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales excellence or support roles.
• Experience in chemicals, durable goods, and/or paints & coatings industries.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts related to sales.

Responsibilities

• Support sales & sales operations teams by assessing customers’ needs.
• Develop key performance reports for sales management.
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Sales Excellence across the organization.
• Manage CRM tools and ensure governance structure is in place.
• Coordinate contract management activities with service providers.
• Oversee Customer Satisfaction Survey activities with local stakeholders.
