Job summary

SunExpress is seeking a Corporate Compliance professional in Türkiye to guide business units on compliance matters, monitor goals, and coordinate with internal and external partners. The role requires a law degree, strong English, and at least five years of regulatory experience.

The position involves developing policies, training, and managing compliance programs across the organization with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to use computers, e.g. MS Office applications.
• Have experience and knowledge about the company organization and functions at least 5 years.
• Have an experience on regulations.
• Managerial level responsibility.
• Suitable for scheduled and unscheduled travels.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to business units on compliance matters.
• Pursue professional developments in local and international compliance area.
• Monitor department goals and report to Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Represent and coordinate department with other units and external parties.
• Prepare and update the Corporate Compliance Manual and Procedures.
• Monitor internal rules, regulations, policies and report findings.
• Coordinate program subjects (sponsorship, gift, event, donation and membership).
• Organize Corporate Compliance Training and follow up attendees.
• Assist in issuing the Annual Compliance Report.
