Job summary

The role coordinates clinical supply activities to ensure distribution of investigational products across studies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and study teams to ensure compliance and effective supply planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, Project Management, or a related pharmaceutical/CRO environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical supply processes, including forecasting, packaging, distribution, import/export activities, and inventory management.
• Experience collaborating with sponsors, depots, vendors, packaging organizations, and cross-functional study teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, mitigate supply risks, and ensure timely delivery of investigational products to support global clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical supply activities to ensure efficient distribution of investigational products across clinical studies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and study teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective supply planning.
