Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Provide updates on order status, shipments, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Sales teams.
• Support quotation requests and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
