German Customer Experience Advisor (C1/C2) | Remote in Turkey

Your Key Responsibilities: You will manage and resolve a variety of customer and partner inquiries, ensuring a smooth service experience for everyone involved. This involves handling complex issues like cancellations, changes, refunds, and delivery problems. You will use your excellent communication skills to provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support across calls and emails.
Compensation and Rewards:
Work Structure: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and 2 rotational days off. Shifts are structured to cover operational hours, including some weekend work and possible late shifts for certain projects.
