A high-tech company is seeking a Senior Generative AI Scientist to develop next-generation AI systems for industrial operations. The role involves leading research in generative AI and multi-agent systems, designing decision-making architectures, fine-tuning large language models, and deploying collaborative AI frameworks. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, strong programming skills in Python, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to make impactful contributions in AI innovation and mentoring junior researchers.
PaneraTech is a high-tech company that serves manufacturers in over 40 countries. Our disruptive technology offers unparalleled solutions that are often patent protected. Industries that use high-temperature processes, such as glass and steel, rely on PaneraTech to solve the major challenges they face. We leverage both AI and human expertise to improve efficiency, worker knowledge, and safety. We help in two major areas:
Asset Life Extension - With our patented solution in the glass and steel industry, we help manufacturers make data-driven decisions using sensors, data, and AI. This results in longer asset campaigns safely with higher annual production.
Enabling the next generation of workers - Heavy industries have relied on the experience of employees who worked for decades in one plant. As a generation of operators and engineers retire, we bridge the experience gap with technology, data, and expertise. We offer solutions that make industrial operations more data-driven, allowing early-career professionals to flourish.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Generative AI Scientist to take an active role in the development of next-generation AI systems that combine generative intelligence, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration. You will play a key role in building AI copilots for industrial operations—intelligent assistants that integrate multi-agent reasoning, domain expertise, and real-time data to empower operators, engineers, and decision-makers. You will propose and develop innovative solutions that leverage generative and agentic AI to optimize processes, simulate expert knowledge, and enhance decision support across manufacturing environments.
