Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre des principes de santé et de sécurité, de la gestion des contractants et de l'audit de la sécurité. Une maîtrise de l'anglais et des compétences en outils de bureau sont essentielles. Le poste est situé dans la région d'Akdeniz, en Turquie.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordonner la mise en œuvre des principes de prévention et de sécurité.

Job Description

Contexte de la mission

We are seeking expertise in Health, Safety and Environment (HSES) coordination to take role AURUBIS project in Bulgaria.

Objectifs et livrables

• To coordinate the implementation of the general principles for prevention and safety in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
• To approve and update the Safety and Health Plan in the event of changes occurring during the work process.
• To organize cooperation and coordination between all contractors and subcontractors on the construction site with the aim of preserving the life and health of the workers.
• To coordinate the control of the correct execution of construction and installation works.
• To take the necessary measures to restrict access of unauthorized persons to the construction site.
• To participate in work meetings related to the health and safety of the construction site and to maintain the necessary documentation.
• Promote 12 Life Saving Rules.
• Provide introduction HSES training for Contractors employees.
• Supervise Subcontractors activities performed on site.
• Advise the Site Manager in the reprimanding of E&C Europe personnel and Subcontractors caught disrespecting the regulations in force.
• Ensure that the Subcontractors have taken in account contractual and local safety requirements (Construction HSES plan and safety standards, local regulation requirements, Client requirements).
• Check and co-validate the subcontractor's Method Statement, risk assessment and other required documents.
• Check that the material, tools, machines are controlled according to local effective regulation otherwise E&C Europe requirements.
• Communicate with the Subcontractor the safety points concerning special works (e.g , excavations, confined space, work at height, lifting).
• Supervise of the effective daily housekeeping on worksite and base life.
• Attend the Safety meetings with All subcontractors.Management and checking of E&C Safe Work Permit, Confined Space Permit, work at height permit in accordance with local regulation, E&C Europe standards and site requirements.
• Participate in the Coordination Meeting with subcontractors giving information and monitoring about: coactivity, special works, dangerous works, special safety instruction (client, weather, confined space).
• Perform Safety Audit on site with topics, identify corrective action, follow-up.
• Stop the activities when considering unacceptable risks have been taken regarding the use of materials, the applied work method and/or technique or the way the job is being executed, which can cause harm to man,machine or environment.
• Perform specific training to workers e.g. Induction, TBT, Safe Work Permit, Work at height, Confined Space.
• Implement a site specific HSES/Emergency Response Plan and update if necessary.
• Participate in safety walk-downs, maintains HSES inspection records (such as Safe/Unsafe Acts daily log, etc.) as specified in the Site HSES Plan and report substandard conditions and acts to Site HSES Manager on a regular basis,suggest appropriate measures to redress these conditions and acts and work towards close out.

Profile / Requirements

• Experience on construction sites in HSES, risk assessment, Safety Audits, First Aid, Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency level on Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Tools.
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak). Proficient in Bulgarian Full professional proficiency or Native or bilingual proficiency.
• Management of Contractors.
