This is a full-time, on-site role, 5 days a week at our Levent office. You'll work on real features in our live games from day one.
For your first 2 months, your title will be Game Developer Intern. This has nothing to do with pay or benefits: you'll receive [the same compensation and full benefits package] from your first day. The title simply marks your ramp-up period, time to learn our codebase, tools and way of working, with close mentorship and regular feedback.
At the end of these 2 months, if we're a mutual fit in terms of motivation and performance, you'll move to a permanent (indefinite-term) contract and continue as a Game Developer on the team.
