GRICH is seeking a Game Designer to own the moment-to-moment fun of Acorn Mart. You will design levels, boosters and live events, and tune difficulty so the game stays fair, fresh and satisfying.

Our bots generate and run levels before players see them, so you’ll work with real numbers, not guesses.

• Experience designing for casual, puzzle or hybrid-casual mobile games.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Clear writing and the ability to explain design decisions.
