Our 5-star hotel, located in a resort in Okurcalar / Alanya / Antalya / Turkey, has been serving the tourism sector for 30 years. We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to work with us in 2025 and the years to come.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile.
- Listen carefully to all requests and complaints from guests and provide solutions.
- Communicate with relevant departments to resolve complaints.
- Maintain a professional and polite attitude while resolving guests\' issues.
- Regularly monitor guests\' accommodation experiences.
- Measure guest satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and direct communication.
- Respond quickly and accurately to guests\' special requests (e.g., room preferences, additional services, etc.).
- Prepare surprises for guests on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests\' needs are met.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of services such as room service, housekeeping, and restaurant services.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, activities, or the surrounding area.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies guests may encounter (health issues, accidents, etc.).
- Ensure the safety of guests during crisis situations and guide them appropriately.
Requirements
- Be fluent in both German and English,
- Pay attention to physical appearance,
- Be professional,
- Be polite and cheerful.
