Job summary

MANTU GROUP SA in Istanbul is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain back-office applications, admin panels, and backend services using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript.

You will develop RESTful APIs, work with SQL and NoSQL databases, deploy with Docker and Kubernetes, and collaborate with product teams and external partners. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, JPA, JMS, OOP, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Zustand or MobX, React Query, and Axios.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with responsive UI development and modern UX principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build responsive admin panels and back-office applications with React and TypeScript
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor in daily development workflows
• Contribute to projects involving agentic coding, MCP, RAG, or AI agents when relevant

Requirements
