Devin Tech Inc. is a fast-growing company looking for an dedicated Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will take ownership of our internal tool, continuously improving its architecture while managing our entire Zoho ecosystem.

Role Overview

• Maintain, improve, and build new on-demand features for our internal tools.
• Administer, customize, and manage all Zoho operations and workflows.
• Build, refactor, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Django and Node.js.
• Develop dynamic and user-friendly frontends using React.
• Manage, optimize, and maintain secure PostgreSQL databases.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement and manage seamless service integrations and APIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strictly required: Proven expertise in Django, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and React.
• Experience in managing, configuring, and automating operations within the Zoho suite.
• Strong background in code refactoring, system maintenance, writing clean code, and leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools to boost productivity.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently to deliver on-demand features.
• Solid written & spoken English (global team communication).
