We are looking for passionate, motivated, and productive Frontend Engineers who will contribute to building next‑generation digital banking applications using modern frontend technologies and architectural approaches.

What Will The Right Person Look Like?
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience in banking or financial services domains is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand written English documentation and produce SDLC-related technical documents in English.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, with hands‑on experience in React.js or another modern frontend framework (Angular, Vue, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of UI development fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
  • Understanding of micro-frontend or component-based architecture principles.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or gRPC-based services.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Preferred experience in:
  • CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Design systems, UI component libraries, or Storybook
  • Event‑driven architectures
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile, cross‑functional product team.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Collaborating with the product and backend teams to design and implement high‑quality, scalable frontend applications.
  • Developing user interfaces within a modular, microservice‑based architecture.
  • Designing, coding, deploying, and maintaining frontend modules with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Participating in architectural discussions and offering solutions to UI/UX and technical challenges.
  • Building responsive and high‑performance interfaces for financial applications.
  • Maintaining coding standards, implementing best practices, and contributing to shared UI templates and design guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving frontend issues across environments.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and automation.
  • Working in a collaborative environment with a dedicated, international product team.
  • Continuously learning and adopting new technologies aligned with Fimple’s technical strategy.
