We are looking for a colleague to be appointed as" Front Office Night Auditor"for our Barcelo Istanbul Hotel, a hotel affiliated to the International Hotel Chain, located in Taksim Region on the European Side.

• Responsible for all night operation of the hotel,
• Providing maximum guest satisfaction by giving priority to guest request complaints,
• Being responsible for the control, dispatch and administration of the personnel in charge of the night operation,
• Responsible for the regular preparation of reports on night operations.

Required Skills

• Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities,
• Worked in the night shift in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years in a 5 star city hotel,
• Fluent in English (preferably 2 nd foreign language),
• Gives importance to work discipline, can dominate night operation,
• Able to use front office well,Strong communication and representation,
• Giving importance to guest satisfaction,
• Does not have any problem that will prevent night work,
