What will I be doing?
As a Front Desk Clerk, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provide consistent and superior service, and maintain high service standards
- Treat guests from welcoming to farewell
- Ensure organization and workflow that enables Reception, Guest Service Centre and Concierge to work in coordination with minimum errors
- Ensure that the data received from guests and entered into the Information systems are full and free of any error; ensure the data is updated
- Be fully knowledgeable to provide continuous and eternal guest satisfaction
- Attend internal trainings and meetings
- Provide maximum guest satisfaction and profitability on room sales
- Upsell through presenting guests the Hilton advantages to enable them to enjoy Hilton
- Fully perform the Welcome and Farewell of the guests; inform guests about the hotel
- Take over the shift and consider the volume of business for adjustments
- Use ONQ system, set the bills at the end of the work shift
- Be knowledgeable on how to use technical equipment
